David & Emma Thompson have been serving in the Parish of Moree for nearly two years. They have a heart for ministry to the bush and 2024 sees them return to their home state of Western Australia to serve with BCA.

Answering God's call to ministry
We officially welcomed Lonny Bendessi to the BCA family in August this year when we commenced supporting him with a theological bursary. Lonny is currently doing an Associate Degree in Ministry at Ridley College.

Acknowledging our First Nations Peoples
It was a joy to celebrate NAIDOC Week at Saltbush Evangelical Church earlier this year. A special NAIDOC Week Celebration Service was held in July as a way of acknowledging the First Nations People in our church, the wider Broken Hill community, and throughout the far-reaching corners of our nation.
