Malachi Walker

Serving with BCA since March 2025 (As Bursary Recipient in 2024)

After completing his theological studies with financial assistance from BCA, Malachi commenced as a BCA-supported Minister-in-Training at Geraldton Cathedral, WA in March. Malachi originally trained as a nurse but recently graduated with a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological College in Perth.

Malachi is glad to have returned to the church he first attended, was discipled in the faith, baptised, and served as a Youth Group and Bible Study leader.

Malachi's Prayer Points for March 2025

Give thanks for the privilege it is to serve in ministry. Pray that I love God and love others well, and for faithfulness to Him in life and ministry.

Pray for relationship building between myself and the church.

Give thanks for God’s steadfast love and pray that all those who call this church home may know this love more and more. Please pray that we become more like Jesus.

Malachi's Prayer Points for May 2024

Give thanks for the Gospel; that sinners can be declared righteous by faith in Christ. Pray that my immediate family (mum, dad, sisters and their partners) become Christians. Likewise, pray for salvation for all who don’t know Jesus in Geraldton.
