Serving with BCA since February 2017

The Hallyburtons moved to Alice Springs in early 2021 after serving in Darwin with BCA and Scripture Union for four years. Topher is training as an Assistant Minister at the Anglican Church of the Ascension with former BCA Field Staff Kristan & Kathryn Slack.

Alice Springs is a multicultural city with a high Indigenous population and is the third largest town in the Northern Territory. Colloquially known as ‘The Alice’, it is situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, nearly equidistant from Adelaide (1532 kms) and Darwin (1499 kms).

Pray for our church family; that we will all grow in Jesus together.

Thank God for our parish council, ask for wisdom as we seek to best use our spaces for ministry.

Ask that God will be at work through our church to save the lost.

Thank God for the combined churches youth camp. Give thanks for a fun, safe camp and pray that the young people who attended will grow in Jesus.

Pray that our Easter services will be clear about the hope we have in Jesus.

Thank God for cooler weather.

Pray that our diocesan workers conference in the Top End will be an encouraging time around God’s Word.

Pray there will be meaningful relationships across cultures.
