Susie Mills has joined the BCA National Office team as our new receptionist.

 

the Watson familyFAREWELL

After twenty years serving with BCA, we said farewell to the Watson family in mid- March. Natalie concluded her role as Women’s  Pastoral Ministry Worker for the Diocese of the NT to be available for changing family needs. “We are sad to be leaving the BCA  family but are looking forward to being able to visit extended family in New Jono KorsgaardenSouth Wales more frequently,” she said.

Jono Korsgaarden, who worked in the National Office as our receptionist for the past year, has moved home to Norway with his wife Sarah to continue further study.

 

Graheme StephensVALE

The Revd Grahame Stephens (3 November 1935 – 13 January 2024) served BCA as the Regional Chairman of the QLD/NNSW Committee from 1995 – 2000 and also on the National Council. He is survived by wife Sally, children and in-laws Jonathan and Rosa, Rebecca, Sarah and Jennifer, and six grandchildren.

 

Margaret & Brian VineyMargaret Viney (8 November 1933 – 23 February 2024) served with her husband Brian in Tarraleah, Menindee, Derby and Dampier, also supporting him as he worked as a deputationist in Perth and then Victorian State Secretary. Margaret is survived by Brian and their family.

 

Mary & Ray Neve with Andrew and DavidMary Neve (25 February 1937 – 23 January 2024) together with husband Ray (deceased) served with BCA in Ceduna, Kambalda, Menindee, Norseman and Wilcannia for a total of over 19 years. Mary touched many lives in her long service for the Lord. She is survived by sons Andrew and David, eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

 

Tom Morgan in 2020 counting BCA money boxesThe Revd Tom Morgan (14 October 1928 – 23 March 2024) (BCA farewell article) was a BCA candidate at Ridley College from 1950 and subsequently served with his wife Doreen (deceased) in Beech Forest in the Diocese of Ballarat from 1955 – 1960, and also on the Victorian Committee and Executive. Most recently he, together with Doreen, led a monthly prayer group at St Mary’s Sunbury. He also held the honorary position of BCA Vice President Emeritus and Life Member. Tom is survived by his four children David, Thomas, Andrew and Esther; in-laws Sue, Pam, Janine and Mark as well as eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Please uphold the family in prayer as Doreen only passed away in mid-September 2023.
