Having grown up in a small country town, Dennis Quinn spent most of his working life in the city. But he and his wife (she also grew up in a small town) have a heart for the closeness of smaller communities. Their time in Winton QLD allowed them to recognise God's call on their lives and the need to minister through BCA to these wonderful people.
