Six Appointments Expand the BCA Family

Tracey Wolsley – Flood Recovery Ministry Coordinator, Bendigo, VictoriaFlood relief ministry coordinator
Tracey has been hired in this role to coordinate the recovery process for the flood affected areas from early 2011. This will include listening, encouraging and pastoring those in the flood affected communities along with liaising with government departments and parish communities.  

Joshua Skeat - Ministry Training Apprenticeship, Somerset, TasmaniaConnections Joshua Skeat
Joshua is the first Ministry Training Apprentice to come out of the Connections Church which is headed by Will Briggs and is one third of Tasmania’s Imagine Project. BCA is providing a training scholarship as part of it’s Ministry Training Programme. Joshua is being ordained as a priest on 9th April 2011.

Peter and Lee Caspersonn – Co-Workers, Hay, New South WalesPeter and Lee Caspersonn, Hay
Retired teachers Peter and Lee have moved to Hay to help the local lay parish leaders, particularly in the areas of school scripture and leading bible study groups.

Beth Hazell - Dusty Boots East Coast Coordinator, New South Wales
Beth will be overseeing the Dusty Boots programme from Greater Sydney, as previous Coordinators, Rob and Jenny Stubbs continue their supportive role from Western Australia. 

James and Skye Coats - Ministry Development Programme, Holbrook, New South WalesCoats Family Tarcutta
James has been appointed Priest-in-Charge of the parish of Holbrook in the Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn and will be part of BCA’s Ministry Development Programme headed up by Royce Thompson, BCA’s Strategic Mission Consultant.

Anne and Noel Nixon – Field Staff, Winton, Queensland
Anne and Noel have moved from Anne’s position as Assistant Priest at Keppel Parish in Yeppoon, Queensland and will join the long line of ministry to the remote town and will put their own mark on the work done there. The Nixons were inducted into the Parish of Winton by Bishop Godfrey Fryar on Wednesday 30th March.
